The role of the National Organization is to nurture the growth of wake surfing in your country by providing an information conduit for CWSA event standards, judging standards, and safety requirements.
The National Organization will also function as a liaison for matters of interest and concern to your country’s athletes with the CWSA, event organizers and wake surf athletes, and is expected to become the recognized National Federation for the sport of wake surfing in your country.

The Competitive Wake Surf Association (CWSA) has been around since 2012 with the sole mission of growing wake surfing as a sport throughout the world. Today we have over 3,000 active members in over 40 countries and create the criteria for as well as standardize the scoring and ranking of athletes in their division throughout each event up to and including the annual World Wake Surfing Championship.
