This is a notice to all Competitive Wake Surf Association Athletes…
At the CWSA Board Meeting held on September 17, 2019 the board modified the Competitive Wakesurfing Competition Guidelines (Part 12. 2. g. and 12.13. d.) to not allow Masters eligible competitors to compete in the Amateur Division.
This means that all Men (age 45 and older) and all women (age 35 and older) competing in the Amateur Division will be automatically moved up into the Masters Division, and will no longer be able to select Amateur as a division to compete in.
These athletes may still compete in the Outlaw and Pro Divisions if they wish.
Regards,
The CWSA
