| The CWSA must regretfully announce that the 2019 Lake Anna Wake Surf Open has been cancelled due to circumstances beyond the control of the CWSA and the Event Organizer. The Lake Anna event organizer wishes to thank everyone who has attended and supported the event over the past six years, both for helping bring the sport to the mid-Atlantic region and for helping advance the sport of competitive wakesurfing. Even though this event will not happen this year, there are many CWSA events coming up on the calendar for the 2019 season, so find a wave nearby and claim a podium step.
